This is an amazing dry cleaners! I left an extremely stinky, dirty, long wool coat to be dry cleaned and it turned out very fresh & looked like new. But that is not all. They had replaced a missing button on the front with another one that was nearly a perfect match!! They are not only friendly & get clothes cleaned quickly, but they go way beyond your expectations by doing the little things that mean so much to a customer. They do not mind doing the extra things that take time & they do not get paid to do. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Sparkletone since 2008. I get my work shirts dry cleaned just about every quarter and it is generally an order of 40 to 50 items. Every time my clothing is cleaned at Sparkletone, it comes back perfectly clean and even ordered according to garment color. The young ladies there are fantastic and always kind. They always help me out to my car with my large order. You guys are the best!

It's not that often that I write reviews, but sometimes, businesses go above and beyond and I feel that I must comment on it. I've been going to Sparkletone DryCleaning for a good number of years now and I am always surprised by the quality of their customer service. I only go there about 8-9 times a year but they always seem to remember me. I do not know her name, but the woman that I usually deal with, is super friendly, super courteous and goes above and beyond every time.nnLast year, one of my shirts had a rip that I was unaware of. She pointed it out to me when I dropped it off and told me that she would fix it. I said thanks and expected to pay extra for the service the next day when I picked it up. Instead, I was charged nothing extra and I was amazed.nnYesterday, the same thing happened with a pair of pants that I dropped off. Again, I had no idea, but there was a rip in the seam and she pointed it out and told me that she would take care of it! What the heck. They do not have to do this and it really amazes me. We get so used to piss poor customer service at most places we go on a daily basis. It's a breath of fresh air to get treated so well every single time.nnLastly, they do a great job! My clothes always look great when I get them back.
