I have been going to TNT for years. The new owners certainly didn’t take on the values of the previous owners! They shrunk one of my curtain panels and refused to reimburse me for it. And had the audacity to tell me that I brought it in damaged. They should put a sign on the door that says “Anything with a stain on it is damaged”. Will be looking for a new dry cleaner, unfortunately.
Absolutely terrible service. I asked them to dry clean a wool suit that had 2 stains on it. They told me it would be no problem and that they would be able to get it done by next week. It was returned probably worse off than when i gave it to them. Honestly, if they said they cant do it, I would have given them a good review for their honesty. But they lied about their capabilities and made the stains even worse. For anyone considering this service please just be careful. Especially if you have something valuable to dry clean.
Took my husband's dress uniform in. They trashed our easy grip hangers, pick up a new stain, and lint all of the collar. They did not offer to fix it or anything. Just kept saying nothing we can do and sorry.
Excellent service, great customer service and most importantly my suits came out perfect!
