Needed help with purchasing twenty rolls of insulation. A young gentleman employee greeted us at the entrance. He helped us find what we were looking for, got us two flat carts, loaded them up and helped us take them to the register. He made sure we paided the bulk price. Then he helped load up our van with all twenty rolls. Good job Home Depot in hiring such a polite and dedicated employee.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I only gave 3 stars though because my wife recently got a credit card there and they wouldn't let her split the payment with 2 cards to get a new oven we need since our old one is about to die.
I went to the Lafayette IN store and had to pay $19 to have someone come to our home and measure for carpet and flooring. It’s been 5 days and no follow up. I spoke to the store twice and they can’t confirm the order, so I asked to speak to a manager and got an assistant manager that promised 2 day’s ago that he’d get back with me and STILL DID not follow thru. Horrible experience. Guess what...I took all of my home project’s to Lowes. They were awesome, new windows, doors set up and flooring will be here to measure next week.
