I used Von Tobel to remodel my kitchen and I had excellent customer service from Amy and Jack. Amy spent a lot of time listening to my ideas and helped me plan out my dream kitchen. She was always guiding me through the entire process of ordering cabinets and countertops. She took the time to make sure I was getting the best deals and always communicated with me when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend using Von Tobel and Amy for anyone planning a kitchen or bath project! It was a great experience!
We decided to do some remodeling at our home and went to Von Tobel in Lafayette for help. We worked with Amy on a bathroom and kitchen remodel. She was right beside us through the entire process. Amy has a talent for seeing the possibilities of what could be. As a result we have 2 beautifully remodeled rooms that exceeded our expectations. Everyone was wonderful. I have used Von Tobel's for flooring, carpet, kitchen and bath cabinets, counter tops, windows, etc etc. They were great in every department. Thanks especially to Amy in Kitchen and Bath design for all of her help.
Went to several big box stores to look for composite decking materials. One didn't have anyone in that knew anything about them, another had people that claimed to be experts but were clearly uninformed. I was happy when I visited Von Tobel - Denise helped me and was able to answer ALL of my questions and even provided information that I didn't know that I needed. I have been very impressed with her personally, if she reflects what Von Tobel is then I want to shop there more.
We recently upgraded our kitchen countertops with the help of Sara Jones. She was so helpful and quick to respond. The whole process took less than 4 weeks from first communication to install! With Sara's help, we are so excited about our new look in the kitchen. Thank you and would highly recommend for your home improvement needs!
