Vacuums cost $2 after I paid $30 for carwash

I used to love getting my car washed at Crew, until they decided they were in it for the money and not for customer satisfaction. I'll admit I don't go through every day because I have a life. I LIVE IN INDIANA, there are bugs galore out there and that tiny little spritz of an application isn't going to cut through anything. I really regret having an ultimate pass for so long, I thought I could accept the new changes but it's a WASTE OF MONEY. You should really rethink going back to spraying with soap.

My car is clean

Just like the one on SR26, maybe even nicer. It's harder to get in and out, though.
