I personally have never had an issue with this location. They are super friendly and quick to help you find things. My sister and I came a few months ago to get hair products and the lady we originally asked for recommendations gave some, but she double checked with the stylist in the salon to make sure she was recommending good products. I also recently was here to pick up their nail kit for the new dip powder. They were sold out in store, but the woman up front ordered it online for me. She told me the product may take up to 5 days to receive. The product was delivered to my front door the very next day. Was also exciting to see that Lafayette finally had a MAC counter somewhere. I love their lip glass and dazzleglass products.

Found everything I needed. Big selection, the staff super helpful and friendly!

No complaints. I visited the store while meeting my family for lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

My experience at Ulta is normally great. I’d be greeted at the door and there would be a friendly lady/gentleman there to help. One day I came out in my work clothes wanting to buy hair products. I was disgusted this time by the amount of glares from the workers. No one helped me where to locate my products. The cashier was awfully rude. This was my first incident this was ever happened, and the only difference was the clothes I was wearing. Behind what I was wearing I’m an enrolled in cosmetology school and was apart of the beauty community at a very young age. I hate to give bad reviews but the amount of tears that came out of the store would be the equivalent to this.

Completely incompetent staff. Wasted an hour when I was trying to make a return. Nobody bothered to tell me there was a limit to the number of items I could return. They kept trying when they should have known better, and a complete waste of time.
