I've used these guys for many years and was always happy with the service and price. Last year I signed up for the Maintenance program, where you're supposed to save money by pre-paying for the service. They came out to service my furnace a few weeks ago and the tech showed me a capacitor that had oil on it and said it was not yet bad, but was on its way out. I asked how much it was and he said $131.75. I said $131.75 for a $5 capacitor? He shrugged his shoulders and I knew it was not his fault. If I hadn't already paid them to come via the Maintenance program, I could see the entire call being that much, but I'd already paid them for coming out. I looked up the part online and I can buy it for less than $5. I won't use these people again, I'm sorry to say! Even the Indians learned you can only scalp someone once.

Mike was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service for routine maintenance, explaining everything thoroughly once complete. Since I had expressed an issue with my outdoor thermometer causing a problem with my system on one of the hottest days of the year (system is only 2 years old) he explained that it should have been placed on the north side of the home rather than the south. He then moved it to its proper location and showed me how to troubleshoot (press the reconnect button on the furnace) so as to keep me up and running in the unlikely event the issue reoccurs. His services were very much appreciated.

Called around 6pm because our central air stopped blowing cooled air. On call tech was nice enough to give us a broad price quote, and advice on things we could safely check ourselves to see if they were the issue. We decided to wait until the next day instead of paying for an after-hours call and they came first thing in the morning. The tech, Michael, had been to our place before to do a check on our furnace. Both times he has been kind enough to give us advice on the best ways to keep our furnace and AC going, and even some tips on basic home repairs as we are new homeowners. Very great customer service, and the price of calls/repairs are fair. Will definitely recommend.

Mike has been to my home on multiple occasions over the last few years to address various issues with my furnace. He is always very courteous and professional. What appreciate most is that he is superbly knowledgeable and capable. Not only does he fix the problem, but he also provides helpful advice to get the most out of my heating system.
