In 2011 Scott installed a supposedly state of the art geothermal heating and cooling system in our brand new built lake home from Water Furnace. Unfortunately that never turned out to be the case. After years of the cooling system not working from day one and constant service calls along with incredibly high electric bills we had to ask him not to ever come back again. Since that time we had multiple very reputable companies come and service the system. Everyone who came out to inspect our system couldn’t believe the mess and complete disregard for properly installing this type of system. Also the components that were used were far undersized and of brands no one had ever heard of except for the undersized Water Furnace system that was doomed from the beginning (this is according to Water Furnace) Unfortunately, we recently had to completely rip the system out and start over. Colliers Heating and Cooling has recently completed the installation of our new Water Furnace and Lenox system. Unfortunately none of Scott’s and Indiana Warm Floors disastrous mess and nearly $80k later we’re covered by any home owners insurance. Scott can be assured that there will be a letter from our attorney on its way now that all is complete. Also, the friend that originally recommended Scott had to rip his system out as well after nearly catching fire to their home. Buyer be ware.....STAY AWAY.

Good initial install. Initial install did have a bad thermistor in the boiler. Called company to come out and take a look - never came out, told me to talk to the manufacturer's support team, which concluded a bad thermistor. Fixed myself, the company never came back following initial install to help troubleshoot. Not impressed with service after the sale.
