We have had two floods in our basement that ServPro helped us with. They arrived on site very quickly, gave great advice, and had the industrial drying equipment to mitigate the problem And prevent mold from growing. They are easy to deal with and will answer any questions you have. My insurance agent wanted to send someone else and I insisted on ServPro serving Steuben & other counties.

I had an issue with a roof vent, leaking rain water into my house affecting several rooms.nJustin, Amanda, Corbin, and April were on time with the scheduled visit, at the time i requested.nJustin and the team were very meticulous In finding all the areas that needed treatment, and the whole crew worked well together to set up the drying units.nKurt and Frank came two days later to verify everything was in order, and I was glad to hear that everything was drying out as expected.nThe drying units ran one additional day, and i was pleased with the results of the drying treatment.nThank you to Justin, and the team for helping me out with this issue!
They do an awesome job in restorations, for us it was a flooded basement with all new subflooring. Would recommend anytime
