Where do we even start with this amazing team?! From the beginning, Mark was professional, and knowledgable, and we were happy to entrust the team with the selling of our first home. We trusted them SO much to sell our home above asking, that even though we have a family member at a notable Third Party selling agency, we went with this team. And it paid off! We not only were able to price it higher than we anticipated, but were able to secure multiple offers above ask! And then they negotiated our final deal to be WELL over asking. We were so happy to put this extra money into our new, beautiful house!

They’re not pushy. They take the time to explain things you have questions on. I’ve work with another company and they’re not personable like this team. Mark, Natalie, and the rest of the team do an excellent job of making the buying and selling process less stressful! I moved to Portland in 2017 to go to acupuncture school and they helped me buy a house I loved but didn’t think I could afford.
