This is the second home that I’ve purchased with Rex. He’s easy to work with, very responsive, knows the market, and has great advice while in the purchasing process. I would highly recommend working with Rex!

With Rex's help I was able to make a successful offer on my new house! After losing out on one house because I didn't act fast enough, we jumped on the second, requiring Rex to show us the house late in the evening and to write an offer late into the night. He knew from experience how to go about negotiating a competitive offer, and we got the house! Throughout the process he was always available by phone for questions. I will certainly recommend Rex to anyone looking for a good realtor!

Rex and his team are the bi-zomb. They made the selling process so much easier than I had anticipated! Rex's savvy negotiation skills helped us land the deal we wanted and his team made the paper trail almost effortless. They even arranged for all the negotiated home repairs to be done by contractors that were very reasonably priced. Selling isn't easy but they made it as good as it can get. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

My wife and I recently sold our house. Rex represented the buyers. We were thoroughly impressed by his 360 degree professionalism. His communication style was firm but diplomatic. He stood up for his clients in a way that helped us understand their position. He also listened to our position and maintained diplomatic communications throughout the process. His office was extremely efficient getting everything done on time: inspections, estimates, repair appointments etc... Rex facilitated the buy/sell process in a way that brought dignity to all sides and my wife and I are now friends with the people who bought our old house. If you are thinking about buying or selling a house I highly recommend Rex and give him 5 stars out of 5!
