If you're not willing to do a lot of work on your own with limited info online, Redfin may not be the best choice for you. But if you're not a first-time home buyer or if you're willing to do more work, Redfin is very convenient and useful. If you use a traditional realtor who gets commission by selling a home, though, Redfin is still really good resource. Its User Interface as well as the web design are super easy to navigate.nI believe that you'll be assigned your main realtor when you go to a house tour for the first time, and the booking a house tour is fast and easy and is accompanied by an area realtor (maybe house tour personnel?)nWe really liked its convenience and we loved our main realtor Alex. She told us that because Redfin agents gets salary, we don't have to feel obligated to buy a house or feel sorry for tons of house tour. But again, if you're the first-time home buyer, you may want to work with a good traditional realtor. It's really based on your personal preference. I don't think Redfin itself is bad like other reviews are saying.

Don't ask these horrible human beings to remove the photo's of the inside of your home for safety reasons, they will devalue your home price and change the outside picture of your home so it looks like it's worth less money than it really is. My neighbors house looks exactly like mine and his house is valued $42,833 more than mine. His is also a rental property and his tenant use to have a wrecked truck in the driveway, Redfin decided to changed the original picture of our house, because we complained (they refused to take the pictures down). Now we have his wrecked truck in the photo of our home. His picture is of the original one, not the picture with his tenants wrecked truck! Horrible website and horrible people in general!!! Do not believe their estimates they have no clue what a house is truly worth.
