He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. The final bill was slightly lower than his original estimate. He was very quick to respond, super friendly and respectful, and he did a terrific job clearing out our backed-up bathtub drain.nAfter he had fixed it, our poorly constructed drain gave him troubles to reassemble, and he ended up having to drive to several hardware stores to find a screw that was long enough to reach our overflow drain. He was extremely gracious about it all and charged nothing extra, not even for the screw itself.nI would definitely call him again for any drain cleaning issue.
