Sarkinen Plumbing

I appreciate that Sarkinen is available to provide emergency plumbing service. I am Even willing to pay the $150 fee for emergency house calls. Where I think they are really taking advantage of people is when they charged us and additional $315 to replace a pressure relief valve on our water heater.nnAs they were convincing my wife to pay for this charge, I was at Home Depot and happened to notice the part they were installing cost $17.nnIt took no more than 20 minutes for them to install the valve. So doing the math, that's about $900 per hour (not including the emergency fee). I promise you, they will never get another penny of my business. I think it is extremely unethical to charge such an outrageous fee for such a simple task. Eventually, the economy will turn again and they will nee loyal customers. I will not be one.

We had a fairly urgent issue on a commercial job site that could have utilized a plumber. Sarkinen picked up the phone (one of only maybe 3 or 4 in the 15 or so outfits I called in about an hour's research to do so), and was able to follow up with my guy out the field very promptly. This time, they weren't able to help us out (and everything came together just fine), but their communication and professionalism means they're going to stay on the top of my list when we need to contact a plumber.

I've used Sarkinen several times. I had my hot water heater go out a few days before Thanksgiving, and I got great, super fast service. Also, I had some more complex plumbing repairs, and again they did a great job. You might find a cheaper company to work with, but you'll get what you pay for! These guys are worth it.

Sarkinen Plumbing was there when we needed them with quick service. The technician was competent and did a great job! I was a little annoyed that we have to patch our own dry wall since they had to cut out a panel for access to the plumbing but I understand that they are plumbers not drywallers and they do good plumbing! They also did provide us with a plastic fitted panel that temporarily filled the hole in the wall. Overall a good experience!

Had work in Oct 2017. They did a scope and also did half our kitchen bath and laundry room drain lines. They were quick, efficient and fair pricing. Also easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
