Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

If I could give them no stars I would. These folks are beyond professional!!!! The receptionist didn't care about my concerns, the person they had come to my house was without ppe and left my tub muddy and dirty and also has been taking forever to do a job that doesn't require all day to do I might add! He was supposed to fix a drip and now I have a rain forrest going on! Started the job at 10 am and it's now after 530 pm and he hasn't come back yet!! Next time I'll go with ABE'S someone suggested they are much better!!! Anyway folks don't waste your time on these people try someone else and save yourself TIME and MONEY!!!

Very nice guy knew what he was doing

These guys were great, very professional and take pride in their work. Also, James and Curtis made for good conversation and we’re not only knowledgeable but also informative to myself. Glad I found these guys in the pinch we were in!

Average at best. Still smells and still see spots but I am done with them forever and will pass the word.

Called them today around 10am and they gave me a window of 11-1pm, they showed up right around 11am and went right work. Scott was great at explaining what needed to be done. They were done and gone by 1pm and everything is working great. They guarantee their work which is great! Hopefully we wont need assistance again but if we do, we will call and request Scott if he is available.
