Have an older water heater that is not doing so well. As a result, Steve was very upfront about the options that are available. Glad they were able to come out so quickly!nnEdit (6/29/20): Ended up getting a new water heater. Delivery and installation was prompt, professional, and quick! Looking forward to having them come back if something comes up!nnEdit #2 (9/28/20): So they do plumbing too! Had a slow drain, and Jeremy was our man to take care of things! And the service plans they have saved me $$ as well! :)

From the minute Nate arrived he was professional helpful and informative. He was willing and able to answer questions. He was respectful of my need to be mindful about the cost. He explained ALL of my options as well as the pros and cons. No pressure to go one way or the other even though we know we will have to replace our system sooner rather then later he was the ultimate professional and after explaining all options helped us set up a meeting with a project manager to begin the replacement process. Zack was the service technician but his picture is not in the list of techs. He had been here before for furnace service and was kind and courteous. He was prompt and did a nice job.nI have had two complete systems installed by home comfort and was very pleased by their expertise and performance. I have had the education and training in the HVAC field so I have knowledge of what is going on. I have dealt with Home comfort for about 5 years now and never have had a service issue. I had only had a scheduling issue one time but was quickly resolved.nThanksnTommy.

This place is the best! So professional! Price is according to the market. Staff is so friendly! They work to accommodate your requests! Dave our air quality technician was so professional, patient enough to walk you through the process! I have done Plumbing, furnace, AC with them and now Ducts and Vents cleaning...Can't complaint! They Schedule everything really quick and if you have an emergency they can help you too...

Absolutely amazing! The installation looks amazing and the system works better than I ever thought it would ( didn't realize how miserable we really were now that there's no humidity). The guys that did the installation were friendly fast extremely efficient and they cleaned up just as fast as they tore everything apart. Before they left they walked us through everything that they did and showed us how to work our new thermostat. I couldn't be happier thank you so much Home Comfort Experts!!! For a huge decision to have everything replaced the process from inspection to sale to complete installation was easy and we never felt pressured. Again thank you so much!!!
