Not pleased that they could not find a new gas valve in 1 full day, and we found 1 on Amazon in 5 minutes. Another service company found one at a local supply house and had us fixed up quickly. Lutz said it might be quicker to buy a new furnace. Ours is only 2 years old. Not happy about all this
Great experience with their technicians. I've had to use them several times. Always polite and professional. Always able to resolve my unfortunate issues. I hope to never call them again though.
Our service guy is great! But their new management wanted to sell us a new furnace over a $150 part they couldn't find that Amazon even sells...If it wasnt for our service guy Rob we wouldnt stay with Lutes.
The technicians are excellent and in the past we were very pleased, but recently the office staff has seemed disorganized and inefficient. This is a recent change and we were disappointed
Brandon came out to my house to do an inspection. Once he got the burner out of the furnace and looked inside with the camera he seen thing he did not like. He put the furnace back together and came upstairs. Say down with my wife and I. He went over options and ran a loan application. I was approved. Brandon the called the office were Karen told him that they had an opening the next morning we took it. Phil and Josh were the installers and they were great! I will be using Lutes for all of my Heating and cooling needs. Thank you Lutes you now have a loyal customer for life.
