Arby's

I'm glad this one popped up. I ordered two sandwiches, a fry & a coke. I did not think to check my order because I never have problems with Arby's so when I got home & there was only one sandwich in the bag, I was surprised. Needless to say I went back with my receipt. I asked for them to replace the whole order because my fries & sandwich were cold by this point. The mgr not only told me that she put the other sandwich in the bag but she wasn't going to replace my order. I told her the sandwich was not in their & she insisted she put it in the bag. I told her that I wasn't trying to steal a sandwich. I would just like my food fresh since it wasn't correct. I finally just asked for my money back. I did tell her that I would pay for the coke because I received it. If this is the way they treat their customers then shame on them for bad customer.

I love their daily deals. They have a great $1 menu offered from 2pm-4pmnAnd the curly fries, come on! They are the bestttt!!

I love the roast beef sandwiches but I'm sorry that you quit serving Pepsi products they're very polite and courteous

We had a good experience here. The lady at the counter was very nice and the food was very good
