I’ve been working for The Maids for a couple of months now, and I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Nicole and Ashton are very easy to talk to, and they make the work environment very comfortable. I would definitely recommend applying for the job or requesting their service! ud83dude42

Horrible! SCAM ARTISTS They quoted a price and charged nearly DOUBLE without authorization! We tried to resolve with Nicole who was rude and refused to refund the $617 that we were charged for 1 cleaning! (Even though we were quoted $300! The company took advantage of us because we were out of town and we needed our empty house to be cleaned so it could be put on the market! They did a horrendous job, did NOT wipe down walls, cupboards or sinks. We had to make a special emergency trip to the house to finish cleaning it ourselves ( everything that they missed!) They say 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website which is not true. Nicole refused to refund any portion of our overcharged amount!! She said her company DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Do not use them! Way overpriced and horrible service!!!

It's been a couple of years now since I hired this company to clean my apartment. I'm disabled, and the apartment needed a thorough cleaning. They were supposed to send a four person crew, but sent only three. They cleaned, a little. Granted, the place is pretty yucky, but the quality of their work was so poor that my landlord was indignant enough to phone them and complain on my behalf. If they respond to this by saying they can't find any record of me in their system, it may be because I unsubscribed from their emails. That, or they're flat out lying. There must be a better cleaning service in this area than The Maids.

I have worked at the maids for a little over 7 months and I love it ! Really cool and nice team members , and very good cleaners ! Would definitely recommend applying here

I have used this service twice now and have found both crews to be very professional. The quoted price was the price I paid both times. I would recommend this service to others.
