I completely suggest Stanley Steamers, they did above and beyond what I originally planned on getting done and were SO nice. Everything looks great, I’d use the company a million more times!
Decent pricing, prompt & professional service, but they didn't vacuum my carpets before shampooing. I found a couple screws & nails in the room we had been doing construction in. I also felt the carpet was dingy in there afterwards, I think it was because the cleaning liquids with dust created a film on my carpet. The other 2 rooms were good, but I did find Bobby pins in there, which a quick vacuum would have picked up.

We had 7 areas cleaned for @ $189.00. They were here for less than 1 hour. They cleaned each room in less than 10 minutes. They completely forgot to clean 1 room. We left for 20 minutes, when we came back they were all packed up and waiting for a check in the van. All the carpets were still dirty and stained. We rented a carpet cleaner and recleaned every room. After 2 hours all the carpets look like new!!! We wasted our money!!!
The Stanley Steamer team showed up early. We discussed areas to be cleaned and what a fantastic job!nnThe 2 Stanley team members worked together never wasting a minute.nnBoth team members were polite and were very caring when we explained that our 13 year old Morkie was really ill before Christmas and we just couldn't put him down before Christmas so he got sick several times and had a couple accidents that looked like it had stained the carpet.nnTeam members said they understood how we felt and wouldn't have put their dog down because Christmas either but assured us that they could get the Carpet clean.nnWow! They did a fantastic job and our carpet looks like new and the carpet is 22 years old.nnTo make things even better the cost was very affordable.
