Our water softener developed a difficult to diagnose leak, so we called Niezgodski Plumbing to come out to take a look. Instead of insisting on a replacement, the plumber worked with me to determine if there was any way to repair the system instead. Though the system did ultimately need to be replaced, I really appreciated how he worked with me on diagnosing the issue.nnRiley is both highly professional and good at what he does. We are grateful for his help and will definitely call him at Niezgodski Plumbing the next time that we need work done on our home.

Prompt and Professional. We needed some major work done in our backyard. I called around for quotes. Niezgodski Plumbing showed up at the scheduled time with two plumbers. A detailed quote was emailed later that day. On the day of work, they showed up on time with 5+ guys to dig holes and fix our issue. Issue was resolved in one day (once plumber arrived). There was a small leak in basement wall and they came right out and corrected it the next week. They are coming back in the spring to level the ground and reseed the lawn.

Came and looked and said he'd email an estimate within a week. Didn't. My husband reached him later, and he said he'd talked to him 2 days before, which he hadn't, and he would be out that morning as soon as he finished the job he was working on. Didn't come and didn't call.

The city hired them to do some work on water lines which was completed in a somewhat timely manner. However, the after care in my tree lawn was awful. They left chunks of cement, rocks in the grass, didnt even level the area out. They barely put down any soil or grass seed. Not to mention they put down soil and grass seed where no work was done and over my flowers. Now I will need to figure out how to remove the seed so grass does not disturb my flowers. If I knew how shotty the work was going to be I would have done it myself!! Very poor work.
