Requested a quote for mold removal. Said they would come March 20 between 12:30-1:00. Didn't show up. When I called that afternoon to ask why, they said they called to confirm we were home and got no answer. Yet I never got a phone call. They finally sent someone out, who said he had to come all the way from Valporaiso. He was a very nice guy and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He said we would have our quote within 24 hours. We never got the quote. I called 3 times since then to ask where the quote was. They couldn't even figure out which tech had been to our house, but said they would figure it out and get our quote to us. More than a week later and still no quote, and no follow up from them whatsoever. I would call them highly disorganized to say the least.
We had a major basement flood, Absolutely Dry was contracted by our insurance company. They did a fantastic job! Fast, Professional, Respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone.
