Paradise Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

New to the area and new to needing a plumber. With the wide variety of plumbing companies around it can be daunting to find a good one. Let me tell you that Paradise Plumbing will be my go to company for any future plumbing needs and is very deserving of a 5 star review.nnBen and his company did a great job of addressing my problem (broken water softener and leaking water tank pipes) in a timely manner and provide a fair and competitive price. Throughout the entire process I felt confident I was receiving the best level of service.

Water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced it, looks great and i have hot water again. Very easy to communicate with. Smooth operation from start to finish.nVERY HAPPY AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Needed a plumber quickly and called several places; this was the first place to answer. Very professional and quality work. He ran late, but texted me to let me know before the appointment and kept me in the loop when he was on the way. When he got here he did quick and good work, was very kind and professional, and then charge me LESS than the quote he gave me over the phone. (How often can you say that?) Very pleased with the work and plan on using them in the future!

** Cashed TWO checks for same invoice. Refund promised but three weeks have gone by..nnMy hot water heater began to leak. I called my Dad to help me out while I was at work. My dad contacted Ben at Paradise plumbing, who replaced the water heater. Work was great.. that is not my issue....I was given invoices from my Dad for the service. I was under the impression that he had not paid for the service. I sent a check to Paradise plumbing for $995 with the invoice # on it. My Dad informed me several weeks later that he had paid the invoice at the day of service (and I needed to pay him back). I contacted Ben immediately of this issue (9/16/20), requesting my payment back as The check I had sent as well as my Dad’s for the same job, invoice number, and amount were cashed. He was responsive and professional to my call initially and texted that evening to follow up that he would send a refund. I hadn’t received it by 9/19/20 so I called back and he told me he would mail the check for refund out on the upcoming Tuesday. I have called and left 5 voice mails over the last 2 weeks that I had not received my refund of payment, as it has now been “in the mail” for 3 weeks. None of my voice mails have been returned. Previously had positive experiences but this has been rotten. Would not recommend. My 2nd check should have been voided and NOT cashed for an ALREADY paid invoice number.

Started amazing. Not his fault, but getting a follow up... 2 weeks. A. follow up is not out of question.
