We had sump pump fail at 7 pm. I called the listed phone number, left a message and got called back within minutes. We were pressed for time because of the holiday, but Chris willingly offered to come out to fix the problem that evening because he was full the next day. He had everything he needed and replaced the pump promptly.nWhat great customer service, very fairly priced and did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about this guy. If you have plumbing needs, do not hesitate to call him. Highly recommend.

I had a leak in my cast iron pipe that lead to the sewer a few days before Thanksgiving. Chris came out and gave me a quote that was several thousands cheaper than a prior quote and much less invasive. He showed up on time and did avery professional job. He also did a fabulous job cleaning up. If you are in need of a plumber I highly recommend Eagle Plumbing.

I recently moved to south bend and needed a plumber due to hot water heater issues.I was so fortunate to find Chris at Eagle Plumbing. He was prompt,knowledgeable and honest. I inquired about installing a tankless water heater and he could have sold me one making alot more money for himself.However he was honest and made the recommendation that he thought would work best for me saving me money as well. Wonderful experience with Eagle PlumbingnSaturday morning we were experiencing a problem with water leaking in our basement. We called Chris at Eagle and he said he would come over to checkout the issue. He was on time and diagnosed the problem and replaced a sewage injector. He cleaned the work area completely and explained the work he had done. If I could give Chris and Eagle a 6 STARnrating I would. If I have a need for a first class Plumbing company in the future Eagle Plumbing will be my choice........Bill

I have used Chris from Eagle Plumbing more than once. He does a great job, lets me know if he finds issues I'm not aware of, and always leaves everything immaculate. He is generally very busy, but I'm willing to wait until he can get to me. I don't want to try another plumber because I know I will get the best service from Chris. I had some issues with my plumbing and replacement parts on this past visit. (Nothing that Chris had anything to do with.) He was patient with my resolving the issues, and he stuck with me until the job was done. Thanks, Chris.
