Portillo's Hot Dogs

Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken or ribs you will not be unhappy. The beef sandwich here is amazing. Always satisfying and filling.nIf your choice is a salad you can't go wrong with the chopped salad that is loaded with great things like bacon, blue cheese some pasta, onions and topped with the house dressing to top it off you need nothing else. Unless you have room for dessert. The chocolate cake, strawberry short cake and chocolate eclair cake don't disappoint. Just want a shake? Try the chocolate cake shake.

This is the third time I have been to a Portillo's and it was by far the best. I highly recommend the Portillo all beef hot dog with everything. The pickle and the pepper's added another layer of taste that will not disappoint. The staff was great especially Mr. Jimmy, he is definitely a major reason I would go back just to see him.

Great addition to Michiana. Same quality you’d expect from other locations in Illinois. If you’ve been to Portillos before or have never heard of it. You won’t be disappointed.nnUpdated September 2020. Food quality remains consistent. Service is usually very slow. The food may taste the same but service is definitely lacking compared to Illinois. If your not in a hurry I still recommend checking this out.

The staff and management were outstanding! Can't recommend the Italian beef highly enough!
