Penn Station East Coast Subs

Slow and unmotivated... The staff is painfully dull! It’s safe to say they don’t know or care about food service. At least, it looked like they had fun hanging out in the back.

Orderd meal walked to cash out waited till the couple behind me had there order taken they ordered 2 sandwiches and fries while I waited. Finally paid and watched them get there food and leave while I waited some more. I'll take my money some where else next time. I was not asked if I wanted a receipt that's ok. I won't come back.

I have loved Penn Station since my college days in Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio. I was very excited when they came to North Dallas, Texas and now that I'm back home in South Bend I can still enjoy. My favorite are the fresh cut fries and chicken teriyaki.

These subs are amazing! Highly recommend!
