They always do a great job cleaning my suits and getting them pressed well. I'm never concerned they won't clean then properly. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that they consistently spell my name wrong even when I tell them about it and then they always end up having trouble finding my suits when I pick up.
I love Ziker Cleaners. They do an amazing job cleaning and pressing clothes. There delivery service and their communication is top notch!nThey send coupons also. The deliveries are always efficient and very courteous. I trust them.n100% recommendation!! They are the best!
Service was fast and easy Spoke to Taylor she's very nice Today i picked my husband clothes up and i was in and out the morning ladies are very nice
I have been using Zikers for almost 5 years and have been happy with the service, until they closed the location on Sample St. The Jefferson location has lost 4 of my garments. I understand this sort of thing happens and they have compensated me for 3 of the 4 garments. However, this time they mislabeled as shirt as mine (a size too big for me). The clerk refuses to admit an error. I will not return until they compensate me for my lost shirt. When I said I wouldn't be dropping off any more garments until this issue was resolved, she was all to happy to see me go.
We love Ziker Cleaners! We participate in the home pick-up and delivery. This is such a great service- and it's FREE!! For a busy working mom that is fantastic. Our dog Molly even loves this service because she knows that the Ziker lady will leave dog treats for her with our clothes!
