These people ruined a custom tailored shirt. After bleeding colors into my shirt that were not present when I took my shirt in they offered me 30 dollars for a 107 dollar shirt. They have cornered the cleaning market in this area, and sure as hell doesn't appreciate the business. I would not reccomend this place to clean old gym shoes.

This location failed to remove a spot (not a stain) that was pointed out you've drop-off. When it was brought to the attention of the staff member on site, the young lady was rude and disinterested.nnPhotos attached are of the stain that Ziker's didn't clean and MY finished result (after using a toothbrush, mild detergent, and small towel to blot it dry).nnForget the unfinished cleaning job. Bad service = not worth a second try.

I am very happy with your service. I had a short that was missing a button and when I got it back it was replaced. You also took out some very tough stains. You always make me look sharp and I really appreciate that. THANK YOU.

My parents taught me if you have a complement to give say it. I want to thank Jennifer at Ziker Cleaners off of Portage Road in South Bend Indiana for a wonderful job today. She is the example of customer service for every company out there. I called today and she informed me that they had just closed. I was very sad, and she informed me that if I came through the valet service drive that she would wait for me and still give me my items since she still had some closing work to do. I was extremely thankful. She didn't know my situation, but I'm a busy working mother, and didn't have time to pick up my dress sooner. Jennifer didn't know that the formal dress she had wonderfully clean for me to pick up I need for tonight's dance. Without her kindness and dedication to her job I would be up a creek without a paddle or so to speak a dance without a dress. I pulled through the valet service drive through she greeted me with a smile, my clothing and even a complementary treat for my child in the back car seat. I am very pleased with your service. You went above and beyond. Thank you very much.

I brought in a white vest that got red dye on it from a new red shirt. I thought that there was no way the dye would have come out. Amazingly it did come out completely. You can't even tell that the red dye was on it. Thank you so much.
