We just went through and the moving belt wouldn’t move us forward it kept rocking the car and then the door went down and there was a car behind and it almost hit us. This isn’t the first time it’s rocked the car but it pushed forward. Also our other car it did the same. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
I bought the most expensive option and still had cat footprints on the hood.
After just finishing the wash I noticed that down both sides an 8 inch strip of dirt and the whole rear of my vehicle was never touched. Tried calling the service number and got an automatice voice recording that gave me the run-around. In my book it was a very big waste of $12.
