Let's Roll PDX - Cartside

Just incredibly freakin' delicious. I've gotten several of the salads, and they are so generous with the fish portions and always use fresh ingredients. The times I have picked up, the person at the cart has been wonderfully kind. I love this place! Highly recommend.

This place was amazing. Tried a sushi burrito and the jalapeno poppers. When I got home and started with poppers I had to stop what I was doing to enjoy them, holy God those poppers with tuna were delicious. The sushi burrito was great too, very filling. I had a sushi burrito once before outside of Los Angeles and it was garbage, whatever they did wrong this place does right. Also Phil was super cool.

Been eating at Let's Roll for years. Great quality, generous portions, and the owner Spencer is awesome. Always feel at home with these guys.

Sushi burritos started as a novelty, now it's a whole industry! Of the five or six (at least) sushi burrito food carts I've tried in Portland, Let's Roll has the best quality. But what I REALLY love is the musubi--the chicken katsu is my favorite, and it's a spectacular drinking food if you're getting a beer at the taphouse here!
