Love their spicy black bean burger

Burgers are mediocre at best. They gave me 3 onion rings for my order. Shakes are pretty good, but way overpriced for what you get. If you've never eaten here, you're not missing out on anything.

The veggie bean burger is always good and perfect with Tillamook cheddar. Add sweet potato fries and you've got a perfect lunch. Staff is always friendly. Tip them. They deserve it.

This use to be my favorite fast food stop however the quality & portions along with customer service have declined in the last year. Don't know if Covid-19 has anything to do with it but if it does, that just makes it all the more sad & pathetic as this should be when an extra effort is put forth to make certain customers are getting what is expected & what had always been provided as it was never needed as much as it is now during these difficult & tense times. Hoping this is just a temporary state of adjustment period but fearing its just the way of trying to cut costs which usually indicates a more permanent state as when a company is attempting to cut overhead costs, it usually includes not just the cost of the services or products they are selling but also the time their employees are allowed to do their jobs. Giving them less time to deal with conflict resolution/customer complaints including the decline in the quality of customer service being provided. I'm still going to try & maintain my hopes for their return to glory though as I need as much hope for as many good things as I can keep right now.

Breath of fresh air that a “typical” fast food joint uses sustainable, local products! Cedar made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and the best possible deal. Thanks Cedar!
