My hubby made an appointment there a day before to come in and get his hair cut. He is pretty sure the manager took his name down and time which was at 10 am. He arrived 15 minutes early and waited until exactly 10 am to go in inside. There he said was the manager doing her hair in front of a mirror and when he tried to open the door she just glanced at him and went back to dong her hair. He thought maybe since she looked alone inside that she was waiting for someone else to come in so he waited another 5 minutes in the freezing cold I might add and still she refused to open the door or even come out to greet him or talk to him. Very rude and unprofessional of a manager. Super Cuts you get a failing grade in management. If your staff is that rich that they can turn away clients then what are they working for? Will never use another Super Cuts again and look for someone else to cut his hair.
Got a great haircut for a fair price. Stylist listened to exactly what I was looking for and did an outstanding job!
Was very friendly and did a great job! I'm not sure her name but she was Hispanic... Got a brow & lip wax... Price was great and she did a wonderful job.nMy son received a hair cut & was perfect!! Thanks so much!
One of the staff members cut my hair way too short she was very rude and was being very rough and i wish i could give a no star that’s how bad it was
