I arrived the woman at the front desk was courteous enough. The man who did my nails did not offer a hello just “what do you want and gave me orders. The customer who came in after me was treated much differently. He pulled a drill out of a container with other drills that I didn’t see sanitized and used it to cut my cuticles. The same day I had my nails done a chunk of polish came off. I don’t have time or desire to go to back to back to the nail salon so I will deal with it.

I just got my nails done Thursday. Let me list every reason that I wasted $40.nnFirst off, it was $35 the last time I went. The guy who did my nails then was off work. He did so good, I was excited to go back.nnThe owner/technician Alex is highly unprofessional. Can't do nails to save his life and is so rude! I made a 10:30 appt for my friend and I. I sat until 11 before I said a word. Finally, a lady started my nails and Alex finished them.nnHe told me, when you go to the doctors, do you get in right away or do you have to wait? Comparing the nail salon to a Dr office? Really? If you are short staffed, at least apologize or call me and let me know. They took my name and number when i made the appt.nnThen, it gets better. He didn't cut down my nails at all and he asked if they were ok. I said, I wouldn't say ok and tried to explain why.nnTold me to SHUT UP and not come back in front of my 5 year old daughter. This is going on yelp too.

I don’t like how my nails turned out and when I told them that’s now how there supposed to be she gave me attitude. Honestly a friend told me the good but I’m never coming back . I was not happy and so my sister

I just got my nails done by Alex. He did an INCREDIBLE job. Also, I have sweaty hands, & this was the first time a nail tech didn’t make me feel bad about it. Great price for excellent quality.
