Thrilled to have found this place after moving to South Bend! I love that the staff keep up on education and trends. I absolutely loved the haircut Mercedes gave me and every single staff member I interacted with was so nice and helpful. Additionally, I was shocked at the price of the haircut in a good way! I’ve lived in large cities for the last decade and the amazing haircut I got here would have been double at my past salons. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else after coming here.

They cancelled my appointment without notice!!! I had a consultation and afterwards made an appointment to have my hair done the following day. Well, after driving 2 HOURS to my appointment, I find out that my appointment with Jazlyn had been cancelled. Apparently, after I had left my consultation and had already scheduled my next appointment, the stylist had a change of heart and felt that I should have some hair treatments over the course of a few weeks before toning my hair so she just went ahead and cancelled my appointment without speaking to me first. That is the point of a consultation to look at the hair and determine the next steps. The stylist never mentioned any hair treatments during our consultation; she instead suggested I get my hair toned the next day. She had me pick out a color during the consultation and for the stylist to do a 180 without communicating with me shows a lack of consideration for her clients. I took the whole day off work just to get my hair done and then drove 2 hours for nothing!
