The service was great! Massage was really good! I have payed for the service forehead and when the service was done I left the salon. They have called me in a few minutes and told: don’t you want to come back and pay some tips? What?? I am cosmetologist by myself. And I was thinking all the time that tips are not NECESSARY! It is desire of the client! And if he would like to give a tip he would definitely do that! I felt so uncomfortable when they called me and asked to go back and give them some tip! Where is the culture? Where is the respect to clients and their opportunities?nPlease employ more high cultures stuff in your registry! They represent the level of the salon! Everything was perfect except of those rude girl! How you can call and ask to go back and give a tip? I didn’t have money those day and have already payed you whole price!

Massage Envy is an excellent place to receive massage services from licensed professionals. They are very reasonably priced and were easy to schedule with. The environment was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly!

Courteous service, good ambience. Their lotion left bumps on my skin for days. They offer lotion upgrades for an extra price. I think their membership is worth it.

I really love going in for my monthly massage. The people there know my name, and the therapists are knowledgeable and focus on my comfort and ease. I feel genuinely cared for by my regular massage therapist and I walk out refreshed and relaxed almost every visit. I'd definitely reccomend Massage Envy to my friends and family.

I showed up to my appointment only to find out it had been canceled. This was the second day in a row I either had an appointment that wasn't put in or that it was canceled. It was a waste of my time and gas. I had set aside 3 hours two days in a row to be disappointed.
