My day has been complete utter garbage. First my bathroom sink had a leak, so I decided to call up Edward J White. They sent a new kid out wearing a neon green shirt to help with the men to repair the sink. The kid was irresponsible and consistently made fun of my kind. Not only was he rude, but he used my personal bathroom, clogged the toilet, and let it run. You think a plumber would know how to use a plunger and unclog a toilet. And with the toilet paper, he threw it in the trash can after wiping and didn't even flush it. Making a long story short, the toilet overflowing, leaving a stench all throughout the house and still got charged 200! Won't be returning to this company. Good worker, terrible person.

After running continuously for over 100 hours during last week's record-breaking frigid weather, the circulator pump on our residential boiler malfunctioned leaving us without heat. Chris prioritized our service request and within hours HVAC Technician Steve had replaced the noisy, antiquated pump with a modern, quiet unit. Steve should be commended for his professionalism, neatness and courteous demeanor. He is the most qualified technician we have ever worked with during our 46 years of home ownership. We not only have a warm home again but also a warm feeling in our hearts about the excellent customer service your company provided. E.J.
