Friendly and great prices did an excellent job
After hearing a glowing review about the company, I called Carpet Man and left a message. I knew I had received the correct phone number because the voicemail message said “Carpet Man.” Then again when I didn’t hear back, I called again a few days later and left another message. I ended up calling and leaving three messages over the course of two weeks to no avail. No return call and thus no appointment scheduled. I ended up having to go with a different carpet cleaner.nnMy friend who originally told me about the company said she had no problem having him come out to her home and clean her carpets a mere month after my ignored attempts.nnThat was a year and a half ago. This week I decided to give Carpet Man one more shot and called him again two days ago on a Tuesday afternoon. Still no return call.nnExtremely disappointed that a company that came so highly regarded would just ignore phone calls for business.
