Love love love this place! I've experienced excellent service and quality by Blacks. They know me by name - even if it's been months since I've been in. They are kind and so affordable compared to other places I've gone. And the quality I've experience is exceptional every time. We mainly use them for dry cleaning, but I've had clothes altered and speciality items cleaned as well. Been going there for about 8 years, and even though we have moved a little further, I drive the extra mile to continue to stay with them - it's worth it. They are a gem of a business in SE.

I have been coming to Black’s since 2009 every week for their laundry service of all of my work shirts, suits, and slacks. They always take great care of my garments which has kept me looking fresh and the clothes are long lasting because they use natural cleaners and light starch.nnIn all the years of wonderful service from this family owned shop, I’ve never had a garment come back damaged or misplaced, or someone else’s clothes in my mix. They have been so dependable that we chose them do our suits and dresses for our wedding which came out perfectly.nnIf like me, you want a trusted establishment that does the work on site and in house - than maybe you should give the family at Black’s cleaners a try too.

The worst place to get anything hemmed. Went to get my pants hemmed (simple pair of pants). Did not hem the length that was needed. When I told them it was incorrect, the man YELLED at my 70 year old mother and told her it was HER fault. They refused to fix it without us repaying they for a job they did wrong in the first place. JUST AWFUL HUMANS. I don’t even care about the pants, but who YELLS at their customers and tries to charge them twice when the job is not done right. If I could give them negative stars. Too many other dry cleaning/alteration places in this city for them to be this rude.
