Dye leaked from a pet mishap. Did not think it was cleanable because of the maroon bleed into beige. Got the rug back yesterday, I am amazed at the fantastic job. Looks brand new with no evidence of stain. Absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend.
We had an emergency with a massive stain on our rug. We called another rug cleaning company that we had used for over 20 years and they were less than helpful. First, they really could not give us any suggestions of what to do at home and second, they were totally unavailable to pick up the rug for a week.nnWe found about Renaissance and called them. They were wonderful. We received instructions on what to do on an urgent basis (it worked) and then they picked up the rug that day.nnThe delivery folk were wonderful. The cleaning was superb. They were able to clean the wool and silk rugs so it looked new.nnWell we now know who to call!

We just had 2 Gabbeh rugs cleaned and repaired by Reanissance Rug Cleaning . One of the rugs was over 15 years old and had never been cleaned before. Both rugs came back looking like new. In fact, they looked so good that we sent 2 more rugs to be cleaned. The service in the office and in the field was very helpful , friendly and professional.
Excellent service with both the cleaning of area rugs as well as needed repair on an older rug.
