Highly recommend A-1 Oregon Carpet Cleaning to anyone thinking about renting a machine and doing it yourself. The value is unbeatable, you're helping a local small business, and the level of clean is another level. Yene is very responsive, friendly, and professional. We had a BIG dog accident (no need for details), and it proved to be too much of a job for us to remove from brand new carpets. After figuring out the rental cost + supplies, A-1's quote was perfect, and we figured leave it to the professionals. Done in minutes, no mess. I'm calling them first thing from now on.
