We cleared everything out of our offices in preparation for their arrival and they did not show up, and nobody answered our several calls and text messages. Poor business practices!

I've been using this place for 8 years without a problem. Then, about a week ago, a had an appointment scheduled for 11am. I saw the guy pull up in our driveway from our exterior camera. I put the dogs outside and was ready for him to come in. I saw him get out of his truck and then get back in and leave, without ever coming up to the door. I thought maybe he forgot something and would be right back. After about a half hour, I called the office and the girl said she had no idea why he left, but she could see that he was heading to the next job through his GPS. What??? She said she would get back to me. About an hour later, I called in again, still wondering if my carpets were going to get cleaned that day since I had already moved all the furniture around. She said the technician's phone was dead and had no idea what happened. She said she would get back to me, again, and would have someone come out the next day to clean them for free. Fine with me, that's what should be offered in a case like this. After waiting until about 5pm without a call back to schedule this free cleaning, I called. No answer and voicemail box is full. I was able to leave a call back number, but that didn't help. No return phone call, ever! I called several more times that day and the next. Even called all of the other phone numbers listed for this business. There were at least 6 or 7 numbers from the 3 different Yelp pages and Google listings. ALL the mailboxes were full! One number provided a message with another number that took texts. So I sent a text, 3 times. No reply, ever! I literally cannot believe this happened and how they didn't respond to a customer who had a scheduled appointment. Do not use this company!!!

Competitive pricing, was effective at removing stains and pet odor. We were able to schedule the service for a Saturday to fit our work schedule. Service was professional and fast. We will be having the carpets at the other house cleaned next Saturday.

I had been using Terry for about 10.years. Never had an issue. However, I phoned him to set up a cleaning on a Thursday. I had company coming from overseas the next day and wanted the house to be clean. I got all of the furniture up and was ready for the scheduled 10-12 am timeframe. I had to make special arrangements to have someone at the house. No one ever showed up. I tried calling him and it always went to a recorded message stating that the mailbox was full. Sent him a text message and never got a reply. I was extremely disappointed. Obviously, he’s too busy for my business. Terry turned out to be a flake.

Great service, inexpensive, and fast! Our carpets look amazing. Thank you!
