Broadway Soft Wash

This is one of the few car washes that I will run my vehicles through. Definitely the only one in town. With that said, I was surprised to see spots all over my wife’s vehicle after she went through it... new black paint shows everything. I took it back to have it washed again and not only did the employee wash it again for no charge, he walked along the car wash to see what the problem was. He was able to point out a malfunction in the rinse cycle so he rinsed it off himself. That’s the kind of service that makes me appreciate people and their drive to do their best - Great job Jake P. I’m sure Broadway Soft Touch appreciates you and your work ethic Thank you.

It works good, the vacuums are nice. I wish they had a $5 option.
