My wall to wall carpet was a hot mess, and my furniture needed cleaning too. I chose Gallaghers because of their well earned 5 star reviews. They were responsive, very professional and did an outstanding job. My carpet and furniture look new! I will definitely use them again. My husband and I are both very happy with the results and so pleased that we were able to find an excellent local business that we could support.

This was our first time utilizing Gallagher’s Rug and Carpet Care. They deserve the 5 star rating we have given them! Providing excellent customer service is clearly a top priority for Gallagher’s. We had to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict and they were very flexible with our scheduling needs! The owner came out personally to review the job before his technician began. We are very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The technician, Sean, walked through the carpeted areas with me prior to cleaning to discuss areas of concern. Sean waited for me to see the carpet prior to leaving, which I appreciated. We are more than satisfied with the exceptional service they provided. We highly recommend Gallagher’s for all your rug and carpet cleaning needs!

From start to finish the experience was professional. Received an appointment confirmation same day and they worked around my schedule giving me several options. Sean was very friendly and did an excellent job on my carpet. Not the least expensive outfit in town but from experience I can that you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Sean was prompt and communicative, and very professional. He adhered to social distancing and mask measures and I felt safe and comfortable having him in our home. He was very considerate of the use of our driveway and space to facilitate the cleaning and his time estimate for the job was accurate. Five stars all around. Great experience.

Javier did an outstanding job on the carpet cleaning; very professional and courteous. Gallagher's was a bit more expensive than some of the other local providers but the quality of the work seems to have been better than what we have received in the past. Worth the extra.
