I was a devoted and loyal customer of these folks for a decade. My wife never liked their work, but I stayed loyal out of a commitment to small biz and familiarity. Then a month ago, I saw some true colors. They completely destroyed and melted two of my wife's items: a beautiful dress and her favorite coat. Both were their fault, but they pivoted very well from blame.nnI let the coat go and he said that they would fix the dress for free. They did, but when I went to pick up, the owner tried charging me. I had had it with the service, he actually had the nerves to blame the whole incident on his poor wife, and then said he was tired of dealing with it. No thanks. Over these folks.
Love everything about this place. The staff are wonderful, always remember my name and the quality of the work is exceptional. Even though I moved out of the neighborhood, I continue to go back. Very special place and I will never switch.
I've been using their services for over five years and never disappointed. Friendly staff of a family-owned business that does good work at fair prices.
These people robbed us of a couple of shirts. 7 shirts for $70? That’s insane. Won’t be coming back and definitely will tell people. When we asked them why it was SO MUCH, they threatened to all the cops. What in the heck? Seriously? Taking advantage of people like that? Instead of telling, try some customer service? I’m in the service industry and this was a joke. Try being polite.
