Very quick to respond to my email for a quote. Easy to schedule. The cleaners and owner were great at communicating what they we’re going to be doing from start to finish. Carpets were clean & smelled great! Definitely will use their services again in the future!
Very thankful I found Alameda Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners in the neighborhood. Consultative upon initial contact, easy drop off, pick up and payment were a breeze. The rug looks great. I was super happy to find out they do in home pick up as well for larger rugs. I used this rug as a test for a new cleaner and am confident to say after the first test, Alameda Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners will be getting every rug in my house before the summer ends. They came by to clean my couch and did a great thorough job, and explained everything they were going to do, and why they were doing it! Took every precaution to protect everything around the furniture too. Definitely worth it.
I have lots of rugs. After using other rug cleaners in Portland — including the “biggest” one — I will never send my rugs anywhere else. The communication was outstanding. I have pets and my rugs show it. The folks at Alameda took care to treat each rug individually. I received calls about cleaning status and whether I wanted additional treatment and pet-appropriate pads. The delivery guys were pleasant and eager to please. This personal touch sets Alameda apart. Highly recommend.
