Family Express

My husband went in today and was incredibly upset to see that NEITHER of the two employees working were wearing a mask nor were many of the customers. You can see that the company has put a lot of effort and money into adding precautions to this location (papers to keep from touching the doors, plexiglass, signage, etc.) but it doesn't seem like the employees care AT ALL about the COVID-19 pandemic. Gas stations are an essential business that can't be avoided so you would hope that one could visit you in relative safety but it does not appear that your employees care about that. We will definitely be avoiding Family Express from now on.

I Don’t understand why a business would take all the precautions to prevent the spread of covid that family express does and then allows the employees to wear their mask inappropriately. When I mentioned to the cashier that the masks do not really work if you do not cover your nose she replied I’ll take that into advisement. I explained to her I was an ICU nurse and it really is a good idea to wear it properly she just replied with a mumble. Just lost my business!!!
