Very respectful officers. I participated in the junior police Academy, and was taught many valuable life skills by the many great officers there.

Was pulled over about 1 month ago for speeding. The officer was very polite and respectful. He gave us a break because he saw we were on our way to school. All in all, it the officer was very polite and courteous to us.
Treated with disrespect, had my home broken into and was questioned without my parents present, all off of the statement of another 17 year old criminal. I was questioned for 3 hours until nearly midnight (oh boy do I remember, I had wrestling practice at 5 am the next day!) once they realized I was of no use I was sent home and to this day they have yet to take accountability for their actions, VPD is a disgrace to the police name and they are a joke to be calling themselves any kind of help to the community, protect and serve their own asses maybe... lol
This police department is a joke.... Nothing but a bunch of inconsiderate jerks with a badge & gun that treat taxpayers like worthless trash.... I'm moving myself and my business out of this place ASAP and I'll definitely never be back!!!! Pretty f'ed up it won't even let u post a review without at least a 1 star review.. If I could give them a -20 that's what they'd get!!!!
