We had an emergency sewer back up over a weekend. Hines came out Sat night and Monday morning to get us flowing again with a temporary fix. We scheduled a new sewer line appt for March 25 but Hines was able to come on March 24 to fix our sewer line permanently. Because it ended up a pinch easier than expected our actual price was a pinch lower than the quoted price. This is a great local company that responds quickly and knows how plumbing works. Still waiting on a national chain to call me back after leaving a message 2 weeks ago! Call Hines if you have a plumbing issue or question.
