I actually didn’t have a service complete because my issue was fixed over the weekend. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The text message updates were awesome. They even send you a photo and a quick little bio of your tech before they show up, which was so neat. I’ve never seen a company do that before. So, 5-stars for being professional and great customer service.

Installed new well pressure tank today.nBased on recommendations from friends, we used Regional just over a year ago and they installed 2 new water heaters, 2 new air conditioners, and 2 new furnaces in our home. We had such a great experience with them and the appliances have worked wonderfully since the install. When we needed to install a new well pressure tank, we knew exactly who to call. Regional sent out Evan and Justin to replace our old well pressure tank. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They talked through what they were going to do, verified the pricing details for our review, then got to work. They were efficient, kept us informed along the way, and cleaned up well after. The owner of Regional even stopped by during the install to make sure we were pleased with the service! We can't speak highly enough of the honesty and professionalism (and great pricing) we've had from Regional over the past couple years. Thank you Regional!

My technician, Monique came in and diagnosed the problem with my furnace and fixed the problem quickly. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer regional plumbing to anyone and Monique as the technician.

Had our gas furnace inspected and cleaned. Monique was very professional and thorough. We are very satisfied with Regionals way of doing business and hope they do not disappoint us in the future.
