We’ve been using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for years. They almost always send us Ryan. Ryan is awesome. Nice guy. Shows up on time. Puts coverings on his shoes to protect our carpet. Wears a mask during COVID-19. Does good quality work at a good price. Clearly explains the problem and the fix and then patiently and thoroughly answers our questions. Cleans up any messes when he’s done.
You can not go wrong with this outfit. Very fast response and high quality work. Ryan and Dave replaced our shallow well pump and tank and then Dave had to come back a couple of days later to fix an unrelated leaking pipe. When I called about the well pump Ryan was here 30 minutes later!nnDon’t even bother calling anyone else.
Our technician Ryan showed up promptly (same day service) and listened carefully to my dealings with our water heater. He quickly assessed the problem and went to work. In a short time, he addressed the problem, we ran hot water long enough to cause the burner to come on and run continuously. Problem solved, fee was fair, excellent experience. Highly recommend the company and Ryan.
Just wanted to give a quick review regarding the work recently performed at my home by Mr. Rooter. They came out, gave me a direct estimate. The techs came on time and were finished in a fair amount of time and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. I would definitely work with them again!!!!!
Filled out the contact form over a weekend and not only did I get a call that Monday they also came out to fix my issue later that day. My plumber was very professional and got everything squared away quickly. As I need more plumbing work done I'll be coming back!
